Return policy

This return policy describes your rights if you purchase FloraPure. It follows Dutch and European consumer law, including the right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Sales are made via our pharmacy or other authorised sellers; their specific conditions may also apply.

1. Who sells FloraPure

FloraPure is usually sold through our pharmacy or other authorised outlets, not directly via this website. When you place an order, the contract is concluded with the seller that processes your purchase. Their terms and conditions, as well as this policy, apply.

2. Right of withdrawal (distance purchases)

If you buy FloraPure online or by other distance means, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU and Dutch consumer law. The period starts the day after you receive the product. Within this period you may notify the seller that you wish to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

The seller must clearly inform you about the right of withdrawal, the procedure and the return address before you place an order. If this information is not provided correctly, the withdrawal period may be extended in accordance with the law.

3. Exceptions

In some cases, the right of withdrawal does not apply, for example to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken. For products such as dietary supplements, the seller will indicate if such an exception applies in your case. Always check the information provided at the time of purchase.

4. How to return

To exercise your right of withdrawal or to request a refund, contact the seller from whom you purchased FloraPure. Use the contact details on their website, invoice or order confirmation. The seller may offer a model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to use it.

Return the product according to the seller’s instructions. The seller will refund you within the time limits set by law, usually using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless another method is agreed with you.

5. Non-conforming products

If you receive a product that does not conform to the contract (for example, it is damaged on delivery or does not correspond to the description), you may have rights to repair, replacement or refund under applicable law. Contact the seller with details and proof (such as photos of the packaging and batch number) so they can assess the situation.
